Industrial Gas & Compressed Air Systems

Compressed air plant, reticulation and outlets, plus welding and process gas systems, for workshops, plant rooms, laboratories and manufacturing facilities across Victoria.

We design and install compressed air and industrial gas systems from the compressor through to the outlet: plant, dryers and receivers, copper reticulation, isolation valves, regulated outlets and hose reels, all labelled and pressure tested.

Because we also work to medical gas standards, our industrial installations get the same attention to clean pipework, correct labelling and documentation.

What we install

  • Oil-free and lubricated air compressors, refrigerated dryers and air receivers
  • Compressed air reticulation in copper, with isolation valves for future outlets
  • Regulated compressed air outlets and quick-connect couplings
  • Retractable compressed air hose reels
  • Welding and process gas reticulation
  • Cylinder manifolds and high-pressure gas systems
  • Gas isolation valve boxes and alarm panels

Sized to the flow you actually need

Compressors are often specified by motor size alone. We size plant to the air flow your equipment actually needs. On one recent hospital project that meant a 7.5 kW oil-free scroll compressor with an integrated dryer delivered the specified flow, instead of a 15 kW unit producing three times the air required. That means a lower purchase price, lower running costs and less noise.

Where compressed air meets healthcare

Hospitals, labs and clinics often need technical compressed air alongside their medical gases, for workshops, sterilisation departments and equipment. We keep the two systems separate, clearly labelled and individually isolated, so one can never be mistaken for the other.

Frequently Asked Questions

It depends on the total air flow your equipment uses at once, not just the number of outlets. We calculate the flow demand and size the compressor, dryer and receiver to suit, rather than over-sizing on motor power.

Copper gives clean, durable reticulation that suits workshops, labs and healthcare settings. We'll recommend the right material for your pressure, air quality and budget.

Yes. We extend existing systems and leave isolation valves in place for future outlets, so later additions don't require a full shutdown.

Yes. We supply and install retractable compressed air hose reels and regulated outlets.
